With the contact form, we receive the first information about the project, with which we understand what needs to be done. We analyze what is needed, the size of the project and where it will be installed. With this initial information, we can provide a quote, the costs associated with the project and an estimated delivery time for the finished product.
The customer sends us a photo of the installation area after confirming the order. Other overview photos of the site where the installation is located. This is used by us to check that everything fits together harmoniously and that the motif the client wants fits the location. It can be an image of your own or something suggested by Mosaikum. The image and final order confirmation are then sent to the customer, who gives the go-ahead for production.
Mosaikum IT will provide the production team with all the specifications needed to produce the desired image in size and shape. The best materials are selected to guarantee the quality of the work and produce a perfect result. The individual tiles are then numbered and packed in transport boxes. Mosaikum prepares laying instructions for the tiler to ensure that the image is laid perfectly.
Upon delivery, Mosaikum will inform the customer’s tiler how the tiles should be laid. However, the customer can also choose an experienced tiler from Mosaikum’s list. If there are problems with the installation, a specialist from the list can be asked to take care of the matter on site. A long-term after-sales service from Mosaikum is also guaranteed to reproduce images as well as parts of an image for restoration. Or even just to complete an image.
